Class A Medical insurance coverage for employees & dependents
The policy provides comprehensive medical care including dental, optical, and maternity care through an extensive network of excellent health providers throughout the Kingdom.
Employee Savings Plan
The plan offers all employees the opportunity to allocate a portion of their monthly salary with the added benefit of a contribution from Alsalam. Employees are also able to withdraw from the plan whenever they want.
Home Loan Ownership Program (Saudis only and based on company policy)
The Home Loan Ownership Program is designed for Saudi employees who are seeking to own their dream home. In this program Alsalam assists employees repaying their loans by paying a share of the interest.
Parents Medical Insurance (Saudis only)
Employees may choose to include their parents into their medical plan; based on company policy.
In addition to the monthly basic salary Alsalam pays three months’ basic salary annually as a housing allowance. Non-Saudi employees either receive the three months basic pay for housing allowance or company provided accommodation.
In addition to the monthly basic salary Alsalam provides a transportation allowance which is a fixed percentage (7.5%) of the basic salary with a minimum of SR750 and a maximum of SR1500 per month.
We offer employees the security of being able to obtain emergency loans.
Annual Leave & Public Holidays
Employees at Alsalam receive an annual paid leave of thirty calendar days plus 11 days for public holidays (or as per the employment contract).
